"I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Unfortunately, the hotel room I got was full of smoke. The carpet of the room felt wet and uncomfortable. I cannot deny that the location is good, the free continental breakfast and the check-in and check-out times are convenient for the customers. However, the service should have been improved at the price like this. Thank you."
